On the Strip. If you want vacation time on the strip itself, you’d want to check out the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip. This property is centrally located so you’d have full access to all strip attractions. You won’t need a car for your stay in this timeshare vacation property, but if you do have a car, there’s valet parking for your convenience.
The amenities include heated swimming pools and kid’s wading pools with fountains. You can also just relax near their fountains, indulge at the Grand Vacation Spa, or get your daily dose of exercise at the property’s own fitness center. For meals, you can try the bar at the poolside, grill your own steak at the barbecue area, or walk along the strip and take your pick among the restaurants and hotels in the neighborhood.
At the Hilton Grand Vacation Club at the Las Vegas Strip, you have a choice among studio units and one-, two-, or three-room villas. These rooms are air-conditioned and include cable-TV with DVD players. The villas, furthermore, have fully furnished kitchens and come equipped with a washer and dryer.
Near the Strip. Tahiti Village from Consolidated Resorts, Inc. is a timeshare resort located near the strip but far enough away from it to suit anyone who wants a bit more peace and quiet than what can be had at the strip. This Las Vegas timeshare property is still part of the greater Las Vegas commercial center so you can be sure you’re not going to find a dearth in entertainment. In fact, Tahiti Village offers its own onsite activities for people who don’t want to leave the resort. For people who prefer the attractions found at the Mirage or the Rivera or those who need to go grocery shopping, Tahiti has its own shuttle bus for their guests. This bus operates until 2 am during Fridays and Saturdays. If you want more flexibility, there’s an auto rental nearby.
At this Las Vegas timeshare property, standard amenities can be found. There’s a clubhouse and an exercise room. The swimming pool area is outstanding. There’s air-conditioning, cooking and laundry facilities and a hot tub, too. If you prefer to “dine out” rather than cook, you can go to Tahiti Village’s very own Tahiti Joe for Tahitian cuisine.
Far Off the Strip. If the strip is not your scene, you can check out The Cliffs at Peace Canyon where both one- and two-bedroom suites are available. This Las Vegas timeshare resort is approximately 20 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip. You may rent a car if you want or you can rely on the free shuttle service to get around.
The suites are spacious and elegantly designed. There are high ceilings in bedrooms, which add further to the illusion of space. Every unit has cooking appliances as well as a washer and dryer. There is an internet-ready television in the living room and every bedroom has one, too. There are internet-ready phones and bathtubs. There’s also free maid service; the maid cleans once a week but a daily service can be arranged.
